Message: Today @ 2ish pm, I went into the 20th street location. I signed in for account help. Ms. Corette Webb helped me register for online banking, and obtain a debit card. She was polite, friendly and easy to work with. Although it took some time to get it all sorted out (no fault to her), she didn't give up. It got done and I had a good experience. Thank you!

Message: Our experience with Animas Credit Union has been good so far! We left Wells Fargo and decided to go local. We are happy with our choice. The customer service is great (although a little slow in drive through) and their online system works well too. They are easy to communicate with if I suspect fraud on my debit card (which has only been once and there wasn't actually fraud). The only complaint was that we had to wait until the END of our expiration month on the debit card before we got new ones, which meant I had to wait to change my subscription payment methods to some stuff until the very last minute. Just more work for me but everything ended up fine after I got the new card.
