Message: For the last 3weeks despite their website saying they are open until 5pm, this place has been closed at 4:30pm on Fridays. It also looks closed any other time we drive by. There is no notifications on site or on website. What is going on? I am referring to the drive thru (which says open until 5pm both at location and on website)! I updated my review to average because Wells Fargo actually looked into this. There was a closure due to Covid, but no notification was posted. I was assured that if another incident occurred it would be handled better. Bank is back to normal operating hours. Staff is helpful at this site.

Message: The ATM at Wells Fargo is very busy in the mornings and around lunch time. If you go during bank business hours it is located at the front entrance to which an armed guard is always watching over. At night it is fairly lit up by street lights and is on a busy intersection so it's fairly safe to withdraw/deposit what you need with out much worries. However don't go too late because Belen, unfortunately has a lot of heroin and meth addicts and they are very active in the night to early morning hours..
