Message: The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my request and questions. They helped out with most of my issues but couldn't do them all. The parking is good and it's never crowded. Also, it's a good place to park if there's an event at the veteran park, since their parking is very limited.

Message: First I would like to say that I am happy and very much satisfied with the efforts of Nathan in helping me refinance my car and thankful for Kirtland as a whole. Nathan and I had been communicating via telephone only for a few weeks before I actually went in to finalize everything in person. When I finally went into the facility I was attended to quickly by the very nice lady at the front counter. I only waited for a short time until meeting Nathan. Facility was very clean and neat. All of the staff members seemed pleasant and you could feel that personal connection they had with their customers.
